On March 12, we had the honor of being hosted by the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer for a meaningful interfaith iftar, where nearly 80 guests gathered to share the spirit of Ramadan—a time of reflection, gratitude, and community.
The evening began with a warm welcome and a guided tour of the church, offering us a chance to learn more about their faith and traditions. Prayers were shared, fostering a deep sense of unity, and we engaged in meaningful conversations about the significance of Ramadan as a month of fasting, empathy, and spiritual renewal.
Breaking bread together reminded us of the power of dialogue, understanding, and friendship across different communities. We are deeply grateful to Pastor Sandy Kessinger, Kim Wenk, and all our friends at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer for their generous hospitality and to everyone who joined us in making this night so special.
May we continue to build bridges, strengthen friendships, and celebrate the values that unite us all. Thank you for a truly unforgettable evening!
