Appreciation & Iftar Dinner with Virginia Task Force 1

What a fantastic night honoring the brave members of Virginia Task Force 1 Urban Search and Rescue Team, joined by their family members, USAID officials, Fairfax County Fire Chief John Butler, and Sully District Supervisor Kathy Smith.

The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, emotional, and beautiful. The food was delicious, and it was heartwarming to see the appreciation awards and flowers given by ATFA Board Chair Fatih Demir to these deserving heroes for their outstanding efforts in the Turkey earthquake.

Thank you for your courage and selflessness in the face of danger.
